Adults, children & teenagers, couples, families and groups
Leaders & Teams

People seeking support and companionship out of need and suffering are welcome, as are those drawn by curiosity and interest in developing their potential for growth.

Often the two driving forces mix, so that, for example, out of a great need grows the desire for "more" .....
for more comprehensive liveliness and more diverse design possibilities .....

And this in many cases in the different life contexts in which we stand and "walk".

My way of working and methods

My approach includes process-oriented, depth psychological and hypnosystemic methods, which I adapt to the individual needs of my counterpart.

Likewise, I also use other body- and expression-related as well as solution-oriented and cognitive approaches. When choosing methods, it is crucial to help the process at hand to unfold.

For example by means of

Perception, breath and relaxation
Use of all sensory channels
Active imagination, role play and dream work
Creative design - rituals, symbol work, painting, writing, moving, dancing, experiencing nature and play
Mindfulness, inner work and meditation
Structural constellations

Together with the conversation, which often takes up the most space, these approaches aim to experience physical, mental and spiritual processes holistically in order to trace and follow the flow of our lives.
This also includes mental understanding and comprehension.

From this comes a deep and immediate understanding of one's own life.

Needs and limitations become "meaningful" impulses for our development towards more satisfaction, fulfillment and health.

Resources and strengths become the driving force for greater freedom of choice.
The present and the future become more and more shapeable in the sense of our unfolding life process.

Our own life thus becomes more and more our teacher for more comprehensive aliveness.
