My interest has always been the search for traces: Where do connections exist and where have connections been interrupted by fate, tension or trauma? Together we set out on the path and search for the connection to your essence. I help to bring and keep blocked energy in motion. My central concern is the synthesis of energy work, spiritual development, meditation, body awareness and psychotherapy. My work is characterized by mindfulness and a deep respect for each life and destiny path.

Biosynthesis, a somatic and depth psychology based form of therapy is an essential foundation of my work - with its comprehensive view of the human being.

I pay attention to your life energy. Working with movements, breath, conversation and symbols can stimulate its flow. Gentle energetic treatments support this process effectively.

Your concerns, your current life situation as well as your life story are the starting point and basis for change through the psychotherapeutic process. Potential hidden in trauma and pain wants to be released. Therapy is for me a path of development that leads you from the outside to the inside, from the shell to the core of your being. In doing so, I focus my attention on the different levels of your being, e.g. your body, your dreams, your feelings and thoughts. Psychotherapy helps to bring all your levels of being into better harmony.
