Together we look for ways to better cope with your everyday life, your education or your studies. I am particularly specialized in coaching people with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and in exam anxiety and procrastinating behavior.
The coaching sessions take place where it is most comfortable for you and where you feel at ease:
- in my practice in Winterthur (Marktgasse 28, 8400 Winterthur)
- Online via zoom or telephone
