My body psychotherapeutic (IBP) and trauma therapeutic work (NARM™ & Somatic Experiencing® SE) contains, where requested, coaching elements and combines spiritual wisdom (Spiritual Psychotherapy) with elements of mindfulness practice, the Eastern teachings of meditation, yoga and the current findings of neuroscience.
The ongoing study of spiritual teachings such as contemporary mysticism and meditation is an essential extension of my psychological-therapeutic knowledge, which is based on my many years of experience as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist as well as my own ongoing research for truth, healing and inner peace.
