As a psychotherapist, I see myself as a companion who helps my clients to find their way again in difficult situations. I work as a professional with an approach in which the cooperation takes place on an equal footing.
As a psychologist and psychotherapist, I have completed training oriented towards the systemic and a relational-psychoanalytic approach. I am also recognized by the Swiss Society for Clinical Hypnosis and work according to their guidelines. Furthermore, I apply mentalization-based methods (MBT) as well as methods of ego-state therapy. I am a member of Systemis, the Swiss Association for Systemic Therapy and Counseling. Since 2018, I am a guest lecturer at the Institute for Ecological-Systemic Therapy in Zurich.
