My background includes a Master's degree in Applied Psychology, a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology and a SGfB recognized training as a Certified Psychosocial Counselor. I have in-depth knowledge and years of experience in working with individuals, teams and executives. Through my own experiences and observations, I have discovered the power that lies within each of us when we have the right tools and support at our side.
Carl Rogers, one of the most influential psychologists of the 20th century, coined the idea of "person-centered counseling". He emphasized the conviction that clients are experts in their own lives. In my work, I follow this approach and see myself as a companion who responds sensitively and respectfully to the individual needs of my clients. My goal is to create a space that is characterized by authenticity, empathy and unconditional appreciation in order to support personal and professional development.
I support children, young people and adults with empathetic counseling - in my practice on site or conveniently online. For companies, I offer tailor-made leadership coaching and team development programs.
