Ich habe fundiertes Wissen und jahrelange Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Einzelpersonen. Carl Rogers, one of the most influential psychologists of the 20th century, coined the idea of "person-centered counseling". He emphasized the conviction that clients are experts in their own lives. In my work, I follow this approach and see myself as a companion who responds sensitively and respectfully to the individual needs of my clients. My goal is to create a space that is characterized by authenticity, empathy and unconditional appreciation in order to support personal and professional development.
