The center of my working method with adults is the conversation with the inclusion of body perception. Thinking, feeling and behavior are connected with body postures and body sensations. With children, the focus is on creative-therapeutic techniques such as role play, sand play, crafts and stories. In an individual way, one gets to know one's own "being-in-the-world". Obstructive life patterns are reflected and new beneficial behaviors are developed and practiced. The focus is on one's own resources and strengths. My therapeutic approach is based on a humanistic view of man and is characterized by mindfulness, positive regard, empathy, mutual respect and authenticity.
