Value-free and neutral, creative and flexible way of thinking, as well as the ability to change perspectives and openness- these are just a few keywords that define me as a psychologist. My basic approach follows the systemic, resource- and future-oriented approach and the principles of "clarity", "structure", "voluntariness", "confidentiality" and "self-responsibility". I am convinced that every person already has the resources they need within themselves - only sometimes they are still dormant or need to be rediscovered.

I am pleased to be able to offer you exclusively online psychological counseling, coaching (individual, package or drop-in), as well as impulse and motivational talks via www.footsteps.coach - for corporate clients also on-site at your company's internal premises. The advantage of the online setting is that you can take advantage of your consultation/coaching from any location where you have a stable internet connection - so that the maximum feeling of well-being surrounds you!
