In line with my conviction that there is no one right theory or method in psychotherapy, I have completed a wide range of training and further education courses over the years. I am a certified person-centered psychotherapist (humanistic psychotherapy according to Carl Rogers) and trained in integrative family therapy and supervision (according to Prof. Dr. Martin Kirschenbaum). I have also undergone intensive further training in the field of art and expressive therapy, including psychodrama, integrative art and expressive therapy (ISIS Switzerland) and expressive art therapy (Prof. Shawn McNiff, Lesley College Boston)
Supplementary training in body-oriented methods enables the inclusion of methods for stress management and relaxation.
My many years of experience in psychotherapeutic work have led to a personal working style in which the approach and methodology are tailored to the respective issue and individual circumstances.
