In the course of my professional career, I have been able to gain experience in a wide variety of areas and with very different patients. I have worked in both inpatient and day-care clinics with a psychosomatic focus, have accompanied people dealing with a wide range of physical illnesses as a consultant psychologist, and have also worked in outpatient practice for many years. I take a very close look at the individual situation and symptoms of the person in front of me in order to tailor the treatment as precisely as possible. As a psychoanalytical therapist, reflecting on past relationship experiences and their connections to current experiences is an important part of this, which I supplement with methods from behavioral therapy, systemic therapy and mindfulness exercises, depending on the patient's needs and wishes. I also like to incorporate my expertise as a yin yoga trainer, particularly in the context of coaching and prevention. True to the motto: pragmatism before idealism. Sharing the way I work and being transparent about this with my patients is very important to me. As a patient/client, you should feel safe and taken seriously so that we can find the individual path for your healing process together.
