Every person knows himself best. Sometimes, however, a few questions are helpful to uncover this knowledge and to use it specifically for finding solutions together. With this attitude as well as a lot of empathy and commitment I would like to put people in the center and support them on their way. In addition to taking into account the circumstances and the environment, an appreciative approach, responding to individual needs and mutual trust are very important to me.
I am a committed, upbeat and empathetic personality. After several years in the fields of HR and vocational training as well as an internship in sports psychology, I have been working as a coach and integration consultant at nw GmbH since September 2021.
