Seit mehreren Jahren arbeite ich als personzentrierte Psychotherapeutin und Psychologin mit Jugendlichen, Erwachsenen, Familien und Paaren. Dadurch verfüge ich über eine breite Erfahrung im klinisch-psychiatrischen Kontext und in der Arbeit mit Lebens- und Entwicklungsthemen verschiedener Altersstufen. Mein Angebot basiert auf der personzentrierten Haltung nach Carl Rogers, wobei ich gerne auch individuell Elemente aus der Achtsamkeit, imaginativen Verfahren, Anteilsarbeit und der emotionsfokussierten Therapie integriere.
