Cooperation between SBAP and FAPS: A strong network for the future of psychology

The Swiss Professional Association of Applied Psychology (SBAP) and the Fachverein Psychologie der Universität Zürich (FAPS), an association of committed psychology students, maintain a close partnership in order to better understand and support the needs of students. The FAPS has set itself the goal of making studying more attractive and enriching through various activities.

The collaboration with SBAP not only gives students valuable insights into professional practice, but also the opportunity to learn directly from experienced practitioners. Twice a year, SBAP and FAPS jointly organize after-study events at which SBAP members present their professional careers and everyday working life. These events provide students with an excellent opportunity to network and find out about various career opportunities in psychology.

The SBAP greatly appreciates the proximity to the students, as it enables it to respond to their needs and provide them with the best possible support on their path to a professional future. The cooperation with the FAPS builds a bridge between theory and practice, which not only gives students more enjoyment from their studies, but also valuable guidance and prospects.
