New specialist title in counseling psychology SBAP

Last Saturday, the 71st General Assembly of SBAP approved the specialist title in Counseling Psychology. In the past years, the expert group Psychological Counseling worked out the various requirements for candidates for the specialist title. The professional title is a quality label in the sense of private law, it should be a guide for future clients, from which professionals they can expect high quality professionalism and competence.

Psychological counseling in the context of prevention and health maintenance is aimed at people who want to learn strategies and techniques to deal with stressful life situations or professional, as well as private stress.
