Service recording and billing: simply via the Internet!

You have the choice between billing with the web-based Ärztekasse software "Variant I" or with other software. In the latter case, the invoice data is transmitted to the Ärztekasse via the secure XML interface.

The software service package includes everything you need for your day-to-day administrative work: From patient management, service recording, invoicing and dispatch to the optional modules Agenda and electronic medical history with templates for psychologists and psychotherapists, through to online appointment booking for patients, current tariffs and much more. The Ärztekasse also provides support in choosing the right tariff and in processing and correcting rejected invoices. There are no acquisition costs, license fees or maintenance costs for the "Variant I" practice software. The service fees for accounts receivable management are volume-dependent, i.e. there are no fixed costs. Over 23,000 customers have already chosen the path to lean, secure and efficient practice administration.
