Canton of Thurgau goes digital

The Canton of Thurgau strives to continuously make the services of the Office of Public Health (AfG) more customer-friendly and efficient. For this reason, the canton of Thurgau is now providing a digital platform for the electronic submission of applications for the granting of AODs and authorizations at the expense of the OKP.

It will still be possible to submit an application via the AfG homepage or via the homepage of the Digital Counter. When accessing the digital counter for the first time, a login with a user account must be created. Subsequent application submissions will be supported by specific instructions and information. This will make the process of submitting an application largely self-explanatory. If anything is unclear, the contact details of the employees are stored in the digital counter.

The canton of Thurgau is thus one of the first cantons to enable fully digital application submission. We look forward to embarking on this new path together with you and learning from our initial experiences with the digital counter. The AfG strives to continuously improve the new digital processes.
