The experience of an illness or other challenges in life is different for every person. The resources available to the person to cope play a central role. Promoting these individual resources is a fundamental task in the treatment and prevention of illnesses. The course provides practical knowledge and techniques to meet these challenges in everyday professional life. In addition to psychologists, the target group also includes doctors and healthcare professionals (tertiary level). The course opens up a space for an interdisciplinary exchange on current research findings on the importance of lifeworlds and life phases in strengthening resources in the context of health. It is part of the MAS in Health Psychology, which leads to the specialist title FSP.
