Evaluation of the new regulation of psychological psychotherapy (NPP)

The new regulation of psychological psychotherapy (prescription model) has been in force since July 1, 2022. On behalf of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) is conducting a formative evaluation to examine the implementation and initial effects of this new regulation. Further information on the evaluation project can be found in the accompanying letter from the BAG or on their website website.

This evaluation is of great importance and helps to record the effects of the arrangement model. Based on the evaluation results, the monitoring group formulates recommendations and adjustments. A member of the SBAP. Psychotherapy specialist group sits on this support group.

The survey is aimed at psychological psychotherapists and psychotherapists in continuing education who work in Switzerland. The survey takes about 20 minutes.
